Engineering Manager

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in leadership (Tech Lead, EM, or equivalent)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering consumer-grade apps or platforms at scale
• Strong technical background in mobile (React Native) and/or backend (Node.js, Java, or equivalent)
• Proven track record in managing real-time, transactional, or high-availability systems
• Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
