Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will collect and interpret data, identify faults and opportunities, and prepare recommendations for strategies and tactics. Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.

What You Will Do

Conduct data analysis using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns. Develop and maintain databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format. Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data, produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years Experience in data analysis and reporting
• 1-3 years Experience in Transportation / Logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, AS400, Tableau, and Power BI
• Data interpretation skills
• Data analysis skills
• Proficient in statistical methods and tools
• Quantitative and qualitative skills
