Aiven is seeking a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to lead regional growth strategies and drive revenue in the EMEA market. The role involves designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns, building high-value field experiences, and aligning marketing investment with territory goals.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment.
- Deep funnel expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and ability to influence complex, technical buying committees.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and intent data platforms, with experience with modern outbound tools like Clay a major plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Comfort discussing data infrastructure with a technical audience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity to lead regional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex data into a clear narrative for executive leadership.
