Ajax Systems is opening a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye and is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the FAI process organization, support, and control, as well as optimize and improve production control processes.

Requirements

• The FAI process organization and support
• The FAI process control, training in critical aspects of production
• Organization, optimization, and improvement of production control processes
• Conducting inspections of production processes
• Production key quality indicators monitoring, analysis, and response to deviations
• Preparation of reports based on the results of the analysis of inconsistencies
• Regulatory documentation creation, description of processes and procedures
• Team management
