Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Zia Pueblo, NM IHS. The ideal candidate will perform chairside assisting duties and support routine dental procedures in general dentistry. This role requires experience with Dentrix for dental charting and clinical notes, knowledge of dental instruments and materials, and proficiency in digital radiography.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
- Knowledge of Dentrix software for charting and documentation.
- Familiarity with sterilization protocols and dental instrument handling.
- Ability to take and process digital X-rays.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
