Job Description
As a Handover Specialist at BYD, you will be responsible for delivering an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to future customers, preparing them for their new BYD vehicle and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and technical knowledge of automobiles. Requirements
- Customer management
- Vehicle preparation according to BYD standards
- Handover vehicles to customers in a customer-focused and tailored manner
- Welcome all Showroom visitors
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures, product updates, and industry trends and news
- Supporting the sales Team with the Test Drive where required
