Job Description
Al Tamimi & Company is seeking a professional and personable UAE National Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. The role is a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, requiring excellent communication, a polished presentation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities include client greeting, meeting room booking, administrative support, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Requirements
- UAE National (with Family Book)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and general office systems
- Friendly, reliable, and proactive approach
