We are seeking a result-driven Manufacturing Technician to join our Manufacturing team for a special second shift. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the manufacturing of intermediates and finished products in a controlled GMP environment.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a scientific field with a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience, or a high school diploma with additional relevant industry experience equivalent to the qualifications of an Associate’s degree and two years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability in following established procedures and maintaining detailed manufacturing records
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision, especially during weekend or off-hour shifts.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve problems autonomously.
- Meticulous and with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and willing to learn new techniques and concepts in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under minimal supervision to deliver expected results
- Good time management skills
- Previous experience with inventory management system preferred
