2+ years of experience, digital tool proficiency, availability of 4/5 hours a week, freelance or liberal status, limited to Metropolitan France

Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication are required. Fluency in English and a growth mindset are also essential

3-5 yrs managing engineering teams. Experience scaling & establishing engineering standards. Strong technical background w/ AI tools

5+ years of product design experience, track record of shipping quality products, and design mentorship experience
