Product Lead - Claims Experience

We're looking for a Product Lead - Claims Experience to own the global claims experience and define what the next level of claims excellence looks like, build scalable foundations that work across countries, and ensure Alan remains the reference for what insurance should feel like.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product related experience (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy), with proven track record handling products across multiple countries or markets
• Strong technical fluency allowing you to partner effectively with Engineering and Data; understands what's feasible and what's hard; has experience managing complex migrations
• Ability to influence without authority: rallying distributed teams around shared vision and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies
