Job Description
Grit is seeking a full-time intern to work directly with Alder Home Security in Raleigh, NC. The internship program offers 3 positions per year: summer, fall, and spring, with leadership from Alder Home Security providing training. Interns will generate leads, coordinate appointments, and learn from experienced sales managers, contributing to Alder Home Security's growth.
Requirements
- Entry-level, no previous experience required
- Ability to commute to North Raleigh, or willing to relocate
- High sense of business morals and ethics
- Ability to clearly communicate in face-to-face customer interaction
- Resilience, able to take feedback in stride
- Ambition to grow and progress
