Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney responsible for handling contested/litigated matters and New York Commercial Foreclosure litigation, with a focus on utilizing legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the litigation process on behalf of clients in New York.

Requirements

• Attend trials and hearings.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the entire state of New York on an as needed basis.
• May be required to attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
