Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, ad ops, or user acquisition
• Strong experience and expertise in managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads)
• Hands-on experience with other platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Yandex, Snapchat, X, and more
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and social platforms
• Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience with pixel setup, mobile tracking solutions, and app marketing analytics
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and high accountability
• Fluent in English (written & verbal); Excel-savvy or confident in similar tools
