Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee all finance and controlling activities for a global service-based organization. This role offers strong visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to operate both strategically and hands-on within a dynamic, evolving business.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or controlling within a service-based, industrial, or project-driven environment
• Experience in engineering services, environmental services, construction, or industrial services strongly preferred
• Strong systems experience, ideally SAP and advanced Excel
• Proven ability to analyze, challenge, and influence business decisions
• Forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
