JEFE DE PRIVACIDAD DE DATOS

Lead the comprehensive privacy and personal data protection strategy at the corporate level, develop guidelines for compliance with regulations, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Law, Engineering or Administration with a postgraduate degree in Privacy, Data Ethics or Cybersecurity
• +5 years of experience in data protection and privacy, within the financial, insurance, telecommunications, and/or mass consumption sectors
• Experience in conducting audits before ANPD or similar regulatory bodies
• Expert knowledge of Law 29733 and its Regulation (Peru)
• Knowledge of international standards (GDPR, ISO 27701)
• Valued experience in Data & Analytics projects
