DC Processing Specialist

Role Overview

The DC Processing Specialist is responsible for processing documents for client Defined Contribution plans in TBA. They ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and adhere to standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality and timely results.

What You Will Do

Comprehend and develop a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (basic data entry processing). Process documents that are rules based with some problem solving. Perform repeatable processing functions with upholding quality standards.
