Requirements
- 12+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record in medical device, digital health, or HealthTech
- Expert-level knowledge and success in navigating diverse healthcare systems
- A strong clinical understanding of cardiology, specifically arrhythmias and ECG interpretation
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, AI-driven diagnostic tools, and the integration of medical data into EHR/EMR systems
- Experience working with regulatory and reimbursement bodies to secure coding, coverage, and inclusion in public health initiatives
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
