Job Description
All 5's Construction is seeking Superintendents to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. An All 5's Superintendent is responsible for the effective management of all field operations on the project and assumes overall responsibility and accountability for all factors contributing to the success of the project.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in the role of Superintendent on large commercial projects
- Experience working on concrete or self-perform projects for a subcontractor or general contractor, or experience working in concrete field labor
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools in the industry
- Ability to lead and the desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees
