Collision Repair and Refinish Technician

We are seeking a motivated team player who is committed to producing a high-quality product on time and safely. The Collision Repair and Refinish Technician position will prepare the body and components for painting.

Requirements

• Study work order, bill of materials and blueprints to prepare work to be accomplished
• Sanding, masking and prepping bodies and parts before paintwork is started and completed
• Apply bondo/seam sealer and prepare for final finishing and sanding
• Wet sand and polish custom-colored bodies and doors
• Dispose of hazardous waste from the painting process in accordance with federal and state laws
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Participate in all continuous improvement programs
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
