2+ years of nursing experience, valid driver's license, and ability to provide skilled nursing services
Home Health Aide - CNA - Part-time
CNA license, CPR certification, and excellent communication skills required
Home Health Aide
Must take background check, have good communication skills, and hold CPR certification
After Hours/On-Call Registered Nurse
RN with 2+ years of experience, preferably in acute, oncology, home health, and/or hospice setting, required
PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant
1 year experience as a practicing OT or OTA, Registered OT or Certified OTA, and valid driver's license
PRN Home Health Physical Therapist (Licensed PT)
At least 1 year experience as a practicing PT or PTA and current CPR certification
Home Health RN
RN license in VA or NC, 2 years of varied work experience, ability to provide skilled nursing services
