3rd Shift Machine/CNC Operator

As a 3rd Shift Machine/CNC Operator at Allegion, you will be responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce metal parts and components, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to address challenges and improve processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• No experience required for entry-level role
• Familiarity with machining techniques, tools, and equipment
• Basic computer literacy
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to use machining equipment, hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and testing equipment effectively
• Ability to produce parts and products to meet quality standards
• Identifying issues and communicating to leader
• Following safety protocols and maintaining hazard awareness
• Collaborating effectively with all employees
• Ability to be flexible in role, adjusting to new processes, technologies, or production requirements
