QHSE Manager

Allegion is seeking a QHSE Manager to join their team. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for daily management of product quality and reliability as well as all issues related to EHS. The role will involve liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal support functions to manage quality and reliability with the objective of continuous improvement of products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Statistics, or Engineering
• 5-10 Years of quality experience working in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated experience utilizing various problem-solving skills in a manufacturing operation
• Working knowledge and demonstrated experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma and APQP
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and statistical software, including Microsoft Dynamics
• Solid interpersonal skills, mentor, team player and builder
• Working knowledge of various inspection, measuring, and test equipment. Proficient in MSA
• Solid understanding of reading technical drawings
