Director, Regional Operations Management

The Director, Regional Operations Management is responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President of Operations through direct oversight of Regional Operations Managers and by assisting with the day-to-day operational management of assigned regions and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of healthcare operations experience
• Prior experience supporting or leading Regional Operations Managers, Practice Managers, or similar operational leadership roles
• Working knowledge of medical practice operations, including financial performance, staffing models, patient access, and workflow optimization
