Job Description
We are seeking an Airport Concierge to deliver a seamless end-to-end airport experience to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Customer Service experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Own a smartphone with a mobile operating system
- High proficiency of computer and smartphone skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule (mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull and move items 45 pounds
