Job Description
The Construction Safety Manager is responsible for designing, developing and implementing Comprehensive Technical Risk Assessment Services and loss control training programs to service existing clients and secure new clients.
Requirements
- Generates risk engineering and loss control solutions to a wide range of customers
- Identifies and analyzes critical issues and implements or recommends solutions
- Designs and drafts complex loss control and site specific safety plans for large complex construction projects and Agribusiness/Food Accounts
- Conducts field visits with Carrier Reps on behalf of existing and prospective clients
- Consults and advises others regarding all Federal & State Safety Compliance regulations including OSHA, NFPA, JCAHO, enforcement, data & statistics and training
- Coordinates cross functional relationships with Account Executives & Producers (Regional and National), Claims Managers (Regional & National), Wrap Up Teams, and External – Insurance Carrier Loss Control representatives and industry or other trade association representatives
