The Data Analyst Project Manager serves as the primary client point of contact and owner of program outcomes, responsible for creating and delivering project deliverables, leading a small team of dedicated analysts, and translating findings into clear business recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in Public Relations, Communications, Market Research, or Advertising agency
- 6+ years in a client-facing role
- Bachelor's degree and a demonstrated passion for insights and analytics (Masters Preferred)
- Strong technical background in SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, Oracle, Tableau, Quicksight, or PowerBI
- Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts
- Proven experience facilitating executive-level meetings and in-person presentations
- Experience working with a variety of analytics platforms and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Experience with large-scale, complex datasets and building automated workflows
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams through change, challenge, and high expectations
