We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will manage and analyze complex datasets, create dashboards and visualizations, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. You will collaborate closely with leadership and external partners to measure program effectiveness and optimize initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, data analytics, strategic consulting or similarly analytical roles
- 4+ years of experience with media measurement, media monitoring, or text based analytics
- Advanced knowledge of key data metrics from volume, velocity, emotion, reputation, and sentiment
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Data Analysis, MIS, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of text analytics and social listening tools
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and willing to learn new tools quickly
- The power to take initiative, communicate across teams, and solve problems creatively, both in teams and individually
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
- Familiarity with accessing and extracting data from various repositories from: Amazon, S3, Google BigQuery, or SQL-based transforms
- Experience with data analytics visualization tools such as: Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
