We are looking for a strategic and proactive Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to lead employee experience initiatives, DEI initiatives and learning and development programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related roles
- Proven ability to develop and manage L&D programs that drive employee growth
- Strong experience with HR systems (UKG, iCIMS, or similar) and data management
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple initiatives effectively
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives, culture-building, and retention strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities
