We're looking for a Korea and Japan UA Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts in these two critical growth markets. This role is crucial for expanding our mobile app and gaming user base and driving profitability, requiring a strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and deep market expertise.
Requirements
- Extensive UA Experience: 5+ years in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and managing substantial budgets.
- Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and UA best practices in both Korea and Japan.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Korean, and Japanese is required.
- Platform & Technology Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with major platforms (Naver, Line, Google Ads, Unity, Moloco) and familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust). Experience with SDK networks, DSPs, and reward platforms.
