Job Description
A leading fintech company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm as Head of Partnership. The successful candidate will lead the GTM Partnerships team, set direction and run the GTM Partnerships function, and personally source, win, and grow strategic partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, GTM, or business development
- 2+ years of people management experience leading a partnerships or sales team
- Proven track record of strong results and consistent high performance
- Established partner network across cross-border verticals
- Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills
- Ability to build and scale long-term partner relationships
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a high-growth startup
- Exposure to Southeast Asia markets and SME customer segments
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace
