Operations Associate - Payment Service Provider (PSP)

Alpaca is searching for an Operations Associate - Payment Service Provider to support payment and funding operations, monitor payment workflows, and ensure accuracy and reliability of payment operations. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in learning modern fintech platforms. As a member of the team, you will gain hands-on exposure to payment systems, reconciliation workflows, and operational processes that support global financial services.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in payments operations, financial operations, fintech, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fintech, payments infrastructure, and financial services
