Head of Electric Traction

Join Alstom as the Head of Electric Traction in Toronto, ON, and lead the successful delivery of electrification projects, driving safety, quality, and performance. You'll work closely with teams across engineering, construction, and customer operations, and champion risk and opportunity management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field
• Professional Engineer designation as per Canadian regulations
• Master's Degree in Business Administration and/or Project Management (desirable)
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in railroad electrification project management, including critical brownfield projects
• Experience in managing and coordinating engineering services related to rail systems
• Proficiency in project management processes and railway products/systems
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience coordinating multi-site teams
• Strong customer relationship management and advanced negotiation skills
• Resilience, problem-solving ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset
