Industrialization Engineer

We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join our team in New Delhi. The role involves performing hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, interpreting mechanical drawings, and troubleshooting faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 15 to 18 years of hands-on experience in maintaining plant machinery
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of mechanical systems
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, bearings, and mechanical drives
• Basic understanding of electrical components and utilities in machinery
• Familiarity with TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Effective spare parts management skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
