Job Description
Alstom is seeking a full-time Robotic Weld Cutter to join their creusot site (730 employees) in France. This role involves collaboration with industrial teams, supplying partners, and continuous improvement of welding processes. The position focuses on ensuring compliance, preventing faults, and offering solutions to improve efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- Degree in a specialized field in welding.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Excellent technical skills in metallurgy, welding and non-destructive testing.
- Excellent analytical, re-evaluation and work skills in a matrix and multi-site organization.
- Proficiency in English and office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and transversal environment.
- Initiative and aptitude to propose innovative solutions.
