• Implement, manage standard packaging solutions.
• Apply solutions to protect parts during logistic operations.
• Save money & cash through ROI calculation and re-packaging.
• Collaborate with technical services and SCL to improve ergonomics and waste reduction.
• Manage Project Supply Chain specifications and negotiate with suppliers.
• Design internal logistic processes and align ERP data.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and implement inventory management.
