Project Engineering Manager

We're looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. You'll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system while ensuring the successful delivery of world-class solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
• P. Eng certification or in progress.
• At least 5 years of experience working on rolling stock and/or signalling on board projects in a technical role.
• Hands-on experience with functional or hierarchical team management.
• Cost and planning control expertise within an engineering scope.
• Strong customer relationship management in contractual settings.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Experience in product development and understanding of urban and mainline market segments (desirable).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
