Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, ideally applied to railway products
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in mechanical design and system integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Customer and product orientation, with a strong sense of responsibility and priorities
• Knowledge of technical standards and design processes in the rail sector
