Job Description
We are looking for a Software Architect/Leader to design, structure, and evolve the software architecture of a critical software platform for railway control-command. The role involves leading a team and making technical decisions to ensure performance, robustness, and security.
Requirements
- Define and structure the software architecture
- Provide quality, cost, and deadline estimates for the entire development team
- Challenge technical choices, implementation hypotheses, and incoming requirements
- Guide the development team and arbitrate major design decisions
- Bring quality to the development cycle: specifications, traceability, software integration, and software-hardware integration
- Closely collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement
