Sr. Radio Engineer

At Alstom, we're looking for a Sr. Radio Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Sr. Radio Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering next-generation radio solutions for our projects.

Requirements

• BE/Master's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in radio deployments in industrial environments, including interference mitigation
• Knowledge of WiFi protocols (802.11a/b/n/ac)
• Proficiency with monitoring tools and techniques (e.g., spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer, MIB principles)
• Understanding of 4G/LTE technologies
• Familiarity with IT/Supervision and signaling/system architecture (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of radio propagation and solutions
• Resilience, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset
• Rigorous and process-oriented approach
• Excellent technical coordination and interpersonal skills
