We're looking for a full-time Test Engineer (Train Testing) in Chorzow, PL to play a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of our train systems. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates to implement, verify, and ensure compliance of measuring equipment, prepare equipment for testing, and supervise test activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- Experience or understanding of train testing processes, equipment calibration, and functional verification
- Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools for interpreting test results
- Familiarity with safety protocols such as LockOut-TagOut (LOTO) and EHS compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing test reports and collaborating with teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions during live testing
- Attention to detail for ensuring test readiness and accuracy of configurations
- Hands-on experience with testing tools or equipment development
- Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage unexpected challenges
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry standard and practices
