Test Train Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Test Train Manager (w/m/d) for our location in Hennigsdorf. The Train Manager in the Train Validation area ensures that test activities can take place on the vehicles as planned.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years as a tester or test technician or test operator/operator
• Immediate experience with tests on a rail vehicle
• Knowledge of general rail vehicle technology
• Electrical tradesman
• EHS, particularly AZD
• Ability to assess EHS-relevant activities on the vehicles
• Overview of the configuration and build-up status of the assigned vehicle
• Customer-oriented communication style
• Structured and organized working style
• Coordination skills and decision-making ability
• Willingness to frequently make project-specific business trips, particularly in Europe
• Hands-on trouble-shooting
• Fluent German and English, French is an advantage
