Job Description
GENEX Cooperative is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician to provide professional Artificial Insemination services to members and customers in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and WI. This role involves selling GENEX products, providing breeding program assistance, and managing reproduction for dairy and beef herds. The position requires 99% dairy emphasis and 1% beef emphasis.
Requirements
- Strong dairy background
- Experience working with dairy cows
- Degree in Agriculture (preferred)
- Aggressive sales and service skills
- Computer skills and herd management software (a plus)
- Communication and people skills
