Altana is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to scale its business by building and executing comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategies. The role requires a proven track record of developing and executing integrated GTM programs that leverage partner ecosystems to deliver on pipeline targets.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a focus on Channel, Alliance, or Partner Marketing within the technology space
- Consistent track record of developing and executing integrated GTM programs that successfully leverage partner ecosystems to deliver on pipeline targets
- Proven ability to work effectively with external stakeholders, including partners' marketing, sales, and executive teams, managing expectations and driving consensus
- Deep understanding of the indirect sales cycle and how to generate demand through partners and key customer channels
- A champion for data who is able to articulate the ROI of marketing partnerships and optimize spending based on performance
- Extremely organized, adept at managing multiple external timelines, and capable of establishing best practices for a growing partnership marketing function
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
