Facilities Associate I

Role Overview

The Facilities Associate I will assist with the maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing duties. This role is part of a team that works together to assist and work in the discovery, development, and manufacturing of new drug therapies. What You Will Do

The Facilities Associate I will notify management when major repairs or additions are needed to light, heating, and ventilating equipment, maintain building by performing general painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, boiler maintenance and other related maintenance activities, oversee and assist with HVAC, make minor repairs and conduct environmental monitoring, and maintain records on equipment to GLP Standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma/GED and 1+ years of construction-related experience/training, 1+ years of facilities maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and English proficiency to read industry documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak before groups of employees and customers.
