
Job description
The IT Technical Support Supervisor is responsible for managing the IT Service Desk operations and personnel. The role promotes best practices for IT Service desk operations, including customer service, technical guidelines, and documentation practices. The supervisor will also directly support internal customers when necessary.
Manage day-to-day IT Service Desk operations, establish performance guidelines, provide mentorship and performance feedback, promote customer service guidelines, and provide accurate solutions to customer problems.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree or relevant experience, CompTIA certifications, excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and advanced knowledge in PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office products.
