Bus Maintenance Mechanic

Bus Maintenance Mechanic will provide maintenance service to the transportation Bus system by performing all levels of maintenance to keep all vehicles operating in a safe and efficient manner. The job requires bus experience, preferably with GM and Ford, and certification as a diesel mechanic or school bus technician.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or certified school bus technician
• Certification as a diesel mechanic or certified school bus technician
• Ability to lift parts up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and walk on concrete for long periods
• Certification in basic trouble-shooting duties and repairs on buses and other vehicles
