Chef de projets manufacturing aéronautique (H/F)

The Aeronautical Manufacturing Projects Leader will manage one or more projects in Manufacturing Engineering in aeronautics, ensuring the delivery of a portfolio of projects in a continuous improvement approach. The role involves project planning, team management, and technical skills in project management and people management.

Requirements

• Diploma from a school of engineers or Master's degree (Bac + 5) equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aeronautical sector and Manufacturing Engineering profession
• Project management skills (results-based)
• People management: experience in direct management or team animation (over 10 people) is required
• Professional mastery of English is required
