Alumis Inc. is a precision medicines company seeking a Senior Clinical Development Medical Director with experience in dermatology and autoimmune clinical drug development.

Requirements

• MD or ex-US equivalent with board certification or eligibility in Dermatology or in a related immunology disease area
• > 5 years of drug development experience
• Notable communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively in a cross-functional setting
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, presentation, and communications skills
• Ability to assess, understand, and communicate continuously expanding medical and scientific information
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Effective negotiation skills
• Proven professional track record of strategic, organizational, and executional skills
• Ability to work across diverse teams in a matrixed organizational structure
