Job Description
MIH Systems Group is a growing company specializing in building commissioning, and we're seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will specialize in the start-up and service of equipment for a variety of applications of air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control and energy management.
Requirements
- 3+ years solo field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning
- Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems
- Must be proficient with troubleshooting (mechanical)
- Must have previous experience with preventative maintenance
- Previous work experience with Aaon, Climatemaster, Multistack Chiller, ClimaCool, VRS System (Samsung, Hitachi, etc) a plus
- EPA Type 1 & 2 of universal certification
- Must have your own hand tools
- MUST have a clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour training certification (preferred)
