Legal Operations Manager

AMC Global Media is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join their Legal and Business Affairs & Rights Management team based in New York, NY. The role involves managing contract lifecycle, copyright registration, and legal billing processes, as well as providing administrative support and delivery documentation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or legal operations environment
• Demonstrated expertise in owning and governing legal data systems or contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills
